TIP OF THE WEEK:
You can change your password at any time by going to the My details page of CeGA Online and clicking the Change Password button. Your password must be at least eight characters long with at least two numbers and two letters. Your password will expire every three months. This is a security feature of CeGA Online. When there is two weeks remaining till your password expires, CeGA Online will start a countdown. You should change your password in this period to reset the countdown. If you do not reset your password your account will expire and you will no longer have access to CeGA Online. You will need to contact your administrator to have your account reactivated.
Please note that CeGA Online has a regular scheduled maintenance downtime from 4pm to 5pm every Thursday (Queensland time). The application may not be available at this time.
Make safe exits from CeGA Online
Always close CeGA Online by using the Exit link on the top menu. This allows the database to log your exit. If you use the red cross at the top right hand side of your browser window to exit the database cannot detect your exit. It also means if you were working on a record the record will be left locked and others will not be able to access it.
Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome. Please email us to have your say.
